I'm rejected in all the interview I attend!

A common problem faced by several people I get to see on a daily basis. I am part of the Placement Cell at my University. In an attempt to get insights from students who don't clear it through in several interviews, this is the list I had to prepare (Not Exhaustive) and there's more reasons/suggestions that could go on.

Some tips for those of you who don't yet know what's stopping you from getting the job!

1. Brush your communication.

2. Sound confident.

3. Be courteous to the interviewer. Respect them and treat them like you care for them.

4. Check if they need a break before they start the interview. I'VE DONE THIS.

5. Be genuine.

6. Give them confidence that you're staying for longer period if you were hired.

7. Don't sound or smell money.

8. Project the benefits you can give to the organization.
